Thank you for using Wowtes!

When we say “Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us” in this document, we are referring to Quartzo Art & Tech, hereby represented by Mateus Dal Bianco Ferreira.

When we say “Product”, we mean the Wowtes application at https://wowt.es and https://wowtes.com.

By accessing or using the Product, you signal your agreement with and consent to the Terms.

1. Your use of Wowtes is at your sole risk. We provide this product on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
2. When you use our Product, you entrust us with your data. You agree that Wowtes may process your data as described in our Privacy Policy and for no other purpose.

3. We use third-party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run the Product:

   • Vercel — Hosting services provider.
   • Planet Scale — Database provider.
   • Stripe — Payment processor.

4. Effective from February 10, 2024, Wowtes will be transitioning to a subscription-based model. By continuing to use Wowtes after this date, you agree to pay the applicable subscription fees as outlined in our pricing plans.
