Thank you for using Wowtes! Although our product is completely free and dead simple, we still felt that it would be nice to write this.

When we say “Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us” in this document, we are referring to Quartzo Studio.

When we say “Product”, we mean the Wowtes application at https://wowt.es and https://wowtes.com.

By accessing or using the Product, you signal your agreement with and consent to the Terms.

1. Your use of Wowtes is at your sole risk. We provide this product on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
2. When you use our Product, you entrust us with your data. You agree that Wowtes may process your data as described in our Privacy Policy and for no other purpose.

3. We use third-party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run the Product:

   • Google Firebase — Cloud services provider.
   • Netlify — Hosting services provider.
   • Sentry — Error reporting software.
   • Heyflow — Analytics services provider.

4. Wowtes is maintained with love and joy and is provided for you completely free of cost. There are no gotchas. We do not make money in any way by offering the Product to you.
